Wrexham Association Football Club is a professional association football club based in Wrexham, Wales that plays in the English football league system. Based on the club's recorded formation date of 1864, they are the oldest club in Wales and the tenth oldest professional football team in the world. Since August 2011 Wrexham have been a supporter-owned football club.

The Royal Engineers Association Football Club is an association football team representing the Corps of Royal Engineers, the "Sappers", of the British Army.The club was founded in 1863, under the leadership of Major Francis Marindin.  In the 1870s it was one of the strongest sides in English football, winning the FA Cup in 1875 and being Cup Finalists in four of the first eight seasons of the competition, including three of the first four.

Notts County were one of twelve founder members of The Football League in 1888. The club are known informally as Notts and their nickname is often shortened to the Pies. ved to Meadow Lane in 1910 and have remained there since. They traditionally play in black and white striped shirts which were later adopted by Juventus of Italy in 1903.
